Conex Bänninger manufactures of a range of fittings suitable for every application extends the size of its K65 product lines; the new extension makes K65 one of the comprehensive range of high pressure fittings in the market, size extension includes 45° bend, Equal Tees, Reducing Couplers and Nipples. K65 is available in sizes 3/8” to 1.5/8”.

K65 is a proven technological fitting specifically designed for high pressure application such as refrigeration and other CO systems working at high operating pressures up to 120 bar at temperatures to 150°C.

K65 fittings and pipes tube system are made from high-strength copper alloy material from Wieland, an alloy used successfully in electrical engineering and in the automotive industry and manufactured in accordance to EN12375 and approved by the TUV REHEINLAND GROUP.

The mechanical strength and weight of K65 allows installers to significantly save on material cost, material but also easier handling, for example when mounting the tubes on ceilings. K65 tubes and fittings system are clearly identifiable with a green writing for product traceability and guarantee.

In addition, the material is slightly magnetic and can easily be distinguished from copper by means of a neodymium magnet – a helpful, practical advantage. The new product extensions for K65 are just one of the latest additions to the Conex Bänninger brand and product portfolio.
