Conex Bänninger aiming for ‘bullseye’ at PHEX Manchester

30 August 2019

Conex Bänninger will be aiming for a ‘bullseye’ in more ways than one when it continues with celebrations of ‘110 years of innovation’ at PHEX Manchester.

The plumbing fittings and valves manufacturer will be promoting four of its top-selling ranges during the plumbing and heating exhibition, which takes place at Old Trafford football stadium on 16th and 17th October.

As well as having the opportunity to find out more about Conex Bänninger products, visitors will be invited to try their hand against the ‘King of Bling’ Bobby George in a three darts challenge, while ‘voice of darts’ Paul Booth will be adding his compering sparkle to proceedings.

The Conex Bänninger team will be on Stand 24 , where they will be staging live demonstrations of >B< Press press-fit, >B< Sonic push-fit and >B< Oyster converter fittings. The company’s market leading compression range will also be exhibited.

Dan Wild, Business Unit Director for the UK and Ireland, said: “PHEX Manchester is a fantastic opportunity for us to showcase our extensive range of innovative products and to discuss their features and benefits with visiting installers and contractors.

“It’s also a friendly show, which is why we’ve brought our popular 110 three-dart challenge to Manchester with an invitation to all-comers to take on Bobby for the opportunity to go into a draw for a gift voucher*.

“We expect Bobby and Paul to, once again, attract a lot of attention so suggest people get to our stand early.”

Conex Bänninger’s roots can be traced back to the early 1900s when Swiss entrepreneur Carl Bänninger established a fittings factory in Giessen, Germany, and the Sanbra Engineering Company, later to become Conex-Sanbra, was founded in Birmingham in 1919.
