Prize

• One winner will receive a range of branded Conex Banninger goodies
• The prize is as stated with no cash alternative in whole or in part and is non-transferable.
• In the event of the prize not being available for whatever reason, the Promoter may offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value and quality.
• Conex Banninger reserves the right to alter or withdraw this promotion at anytime and without notice.

Entries
• Dates, times and activities are subject to change.
• Entrants must be 18 or over.
• No responsibility can be accepted for entries lost via Internet malfunction.
• The competition is open to all Conex Banninger Twitter followers, providing they are a resident of Great Britain and are not a direct employee or family member of the company or associated companies.
• Participants must be registered on Twitter.
• Entries must be received via www.twitter.com/ConexBanninger. 
• To enter participant must follow the Conex Banninger Twitter profile and submit a photo of a Conex Banninger product between 12:00pm 13.11.15 and 23:59pm on 13.11.15.
• Only one entry per person is allowed (same name and same address, or same email or same IP address).
• Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants.
• No purchase is necessary to take part in the competition.
• By entering this competition you agree to have your name published on the above mentioned Twitter page and any marketing material by Conex Banninger.
• Entrance to the competition is deemed acceptance of these rules.

Winner
• The first entry will be selected as the winner
• The winners will be notified by Direct Message within 14 days of winning the prize.
• Any prize unclaimed after reasonable efforts from the Promoter to contact the winner will be distributed at Promoter’s discretion.
• The winner may be required to take part in promotion activities.
• The decision of the marketing team at Conex Banninger is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
• If the winner does not respond to Conex Banninger representative to confirm their delivery address within 14 days of being contacted, a new winner will be selected.
• Promoter reserves the rights to withdraw any winner through a fraudulent claim.
• Delivery will be within 28 days of the winner being announced.
