Conex Banninger Cuprofit push-fit fitting are quick, easy and simple to install fittings, designed to be re-useable and recyclable at the end of its life.
Cuprofit Copper range offers installers convenience and cost saving on labour fees and installation time, whilst removing the need for fire registration and health and safety issues on site.
The range offers customers a professional joint that is resistant to tampering whilst eliminating the need for flames, flux, solder or any additional jointing materials on site during installations.
Manufactured from high quality copper and DZR brass material in accordance with EN1254-6, which is incorporated with a black plastic EPDM O-ring and Stainless Steel grip ring which securely holds the joints in place during and after installation and can only be release with a special release tool.
Conex Cuprofit push-fit is available in sizes 10-28mm with a maximum pressure and temperature of 16 bar and 95°C respectively, suitable for use on drinking water and hot/cold water systems including central heating application system. Design to connect hard, half-hard and soft copper tubes in accordance to EN 1057.
Designed to fit tight corners and exposed pipe work as well as maintain electrical continuity on metallic pipe systems after installation.
