Customer Service Department Enhanced with New Appointment!

Conex Bänninger is delighted to announce the appointment of Karen Pogmore as their new UK Customer Service Manager. She will be responsible for implementing and strengthening customer relations.

Karen brings 30 years of experience to the role with a thorough understanding of customers, service, products and warehouse management.

Karen Pogmore commented: “I am excited about the challenges this role will bring and I am looking forward to implementing new service strategies with the aim of further improving exisitng customer relations.
