Conex Bänninger kicked off the first of the UK events celebrating the company’s 110 year anniversary, scheduled for this year with the ASCP Conference, taking place on the 24th- 25th April.
Held at the prestigious Celtic Manor, Newport, the networking event invited 30 expert speakers to discuss safety and compliance topics including gas, electric and legionella. It also gave exhibitors the opportunity to showcase their latest products and services to the sector.
Conex Bänninger’s presence was recognised at the event, with the team taking home the ‘Gold Stilson’ award for the best stand. On display, was the company’s >B< Press and >B< Press Gas ranges. With both having a 3-point press, they are quick and easy to install and offer flame-free installation, which means there is no need for a hot works permit. Members of the UK team were present on the stand to discuss product features and answer any enquiries.
Lee Nicholas, Regional Technical Sales Manager for the South West, was amongst those on the stand. He commented: “The two days at Celtic Manor were enjoyable and very productive. From those coming on to the stand, there was a lot of expressed interest with various professionals open to further conversations.
“Further to this, it was great for the company’s hard work to be acknowledged and accept the award for best stand. With many other ‘110 year’ events still set to take place in the UK market throughout this year, we will bring the same level of work and hopefully, success to all of them.”
