Conex Bänninger has completed the expansion of its UK sales team with the appointments of two new Technical Sales Managers, for Scotland and Northern Ireland and for London and the South East.

Both Tom Dickson (Scotland and Northern Ireland) and Micky Simpson (London and the South East) have extensive experience in the heating and plumbing sector.

Tom has worked in the industry for 15 years, most recently for two of the UK’s best-known boiler manufacturers.

He said: “Conex Bänninger is a well-respected global plumbing fittings brand and I look forward to working closely with the merchants, local authorities, consultants and contractors in both Scotland and Northern Ireland.”

Micky has nearly 20 years’ experience having held sales positions from Merchant Manager to Sales Manager.

“Having worked extensively within the pipe and fittings market I fully understand the customers’ needs both in the M & E and domestic sectors,” he said.

Prior to joining Conex Bänninger, Micky worked with many of the major contractors in London, selling heat interface units in to the new-build market.

He added: “I always look after customers the same way I would want to be treated. If you promise something, make sure you deliver it.”
